Gr 6 Gravity Cars

Today the grade 6 students designed and built gravity cars out of found materials.  After the students tested their cars and tweaked their designs, we had a competition to see whose car was the fastest.

Activity Right- September 2019

Starting in September 2019 School District #60 will be implementing a Digital Platform, ActivityRight, for Permission Forms and Fee Collection. Parents/Guardians will be able to view and approve Permission Forms online, as well as submit an online payment. At this time, ActivityRight is able to process Credit Cards or Visa/MasterCard Debit Cards. However, school offices can still accept in person payments of cash or cheque and permission forms, if needed. Further information and support for this new program will be shared with Parents/Guardians in September.

Grade 6 Students

Please see the following message from Dr. Kearney Middle School regarding supplies for next year.

Hello everyone,

We have partnered with School Start for school supplies next year. If you could please pass along the attached parent letter and supply list to your Grade 6 parents, we would greatly appreciate it.
If parents have questions about the program they should first contact School Start directly (contact information is on the attached letter). If parents would like a generic supply list or have other questions about next year they can contact the DKMS office.
Thank you for your help with this,
Chris Nock
Vice Principal, Dr. Kearney
