We also have a new challenge from our Classroom Champions mentor, Grace Dafoe. Students are asked to identify times when they have big emotions and find strategies to find their center.

Students are asked to identify times when they have big emotions and find strategies to find their center. Mrs. Lee’s class showed some emojis exhibiting different emotions and played a game to demonstrate how the emotions fit into the Zones of Regulation. What a fun way to look at emotions! Please ask your child how they can find their center when they have big emotions.
