Our basketball teams are practicing and games for the league for our grade 6 teams begin this week. Unfortunately we had more players sign up than we had coaches and have had to make decisions about teams entered in the league. We have decided to limit our league play to the grade 6 boys and girls teams. Grade 5 girls have been invited to the lunch practices and if there is interest we will enter a grade 5 team in the tournament as well at the end of the season. For the boys, we are still looking for someone interested in coaching the grade 5 boys with an opportunity to enter the tournament as well. In the meantime, Mrs. London and Mrs. Ollenberger have kindly offered to run some intramurals on Thursdays for grade 4’s and 5’s interested in some basketball as well.
