    Student Vote

    Classes from Mrs. London, Mrs. Barr, Mrs. Louie, Mrs. Lavoie and Mrs. Lee’s class participated in the municipal election on Thursday. Ambrose cast 718 votes for City Councillors and 269 votes for the School trustees.

    Terry Fox Run Fundraising Event

    Bert Ambrose Elementary hosted a school community Terry Fox Run event on September 28th.  We set our fundraising goal at $2000.  The students were given the incentives of  “Duct taping” Mrs. Watchel to the wall if we raised $1500,

    Fire Prevention Assembly

    Thank you to the Fort St. John Fire Department for joining us this morning for Fire Prevention and Burn Prevention Week. Lt. Stobbe, Firefighter Winn, and Firefighter Ockenden talked to the students about this year’s theme which is “Look-Listen-Learn”.

    Cross Country Running Oct 3

    October 3rd, Cross Country Running:
    This is our last race of the season. The team will leave the school at 2:30 and will travel by bus to Taylor. The race starts at 3:00 and the course usually begins by the golf course parking lot.
