• Learning from a Champion

    Mrs. Barr and Mrs. London’s classes have been spending some time at the curling rink learning a new sport. This picture was taken when a local champion, Sterling Middleton stopped in. He recently won a gold medal at the Youth Olympic curling championships in Norway.

  • New Curriculum Information

    There will be an information meeting held at the school district office on January 27th at 7:00 pm. This meeting is intended to share information about the new curriculum, due to be implemented next year, and to answer questions you may have.

  • MEND Program information

    If you would like to learn more about the MEND program starting Jan 11, come out to the PAC meeting tonight to hear Ryan share information about it. MEND stands for Mind, Exercise, Nutrition, Do it and is designed for families to participate together.

  • Girls Drop In Basketball

    A reminder that grade 4-6 girls basketball will have a drop-in practice again today after school. Remember to bring a water bottle.

    Hi everyone, I met with Ryan from the city the other day to learn some more about an exciting program being offered after Christmas called MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition…Do It!). Fort St. John is one of a few communities in the province promoting this chance to be active and healthy with your family.

  • Hour of Code

    This week several classes are getting a first taste of computer coding (programming) with a series of events called “Hour of Code”. It is fantastic to see the level of engagement as students explore how to manipulate the online world.

  • New Curriculum – two more NID's scheduled

    Please check the link below for details about two additional NID’s scheduled for Feb. 26 and May 16, 2016. These days have been added for planning towards next September’s implementation of our new curriculum. The notice also has links to the new curriculum and information about the changes for next year.
