The Bert Ambrose Christmas concert was a huge success again this year due to the efforts of our staff and other volunteers – it takes the entire school community to bring together a production like this. Thank you to Mrs. Barr, Mrs. London, and Mrs. Ollenberger for all of the time and energy they put into this project and a special thank you to Mr. Filmer, Mrs. Zabinsky, and Mrs. Stigners for the many hours they so freely gave to assist with the finer details of the play (costuming, lighting, directing, etc). I would be remiss if I did not also thank the many people who stayed after the evening performance to assist with stacking chairs and taking down the set. We were done in record time and this was so greatly appreciated by our staff.
I hope you were able to attend one of our performances … as always, the little imperfections are often what makes the show absolutely perfect! Our students did an amazing job!! As I watched the afternoon show, I could feel the pride radiating from parents/grandparents watching their children/grandchildren and from teachers watching their students and was filled with such gratitude realizing that I am so very lucky to be in the position I am as your principal.
