In anticipation of the landing of the Mars Perseverance Rover scheduled for February 18, 2021, students in Mrs. Barr’s and Mrs. London’s class have been completing weekly challenges provided by NASA. So far we have worked in small teams to:

Learn about Mars rovers and the jobs they do
Learn about the Mars environment
Plan a Mission to Mars with budget, mass, and power constraints
Build a rover that was powered by elastics
