On Thursday, February 7th, PAC is hosting Movie Night featuring the hilarious movie, Home. Doors open at 6:00, and show starts at 6:30. Please do not come early, as the school will be locked. Students must be accompanied by an adult.

Ready, Set, Learn
Registration is now open for Ready, Set, Learn. This is an interactive program designed to help introduce your 3 or 4 year old to the school environment. The dates are as follows:

We are now accepting Kindergarten Registrations. Registration packages can be picked up at the office from 8-3:15.
Children who will be five (5) years of age by December 31, 2019 are eligible for registration in Kindergarten.NID- Jan 25/Jan28
Just a reminder that there is no school on Friday, Jan 25 and Monday, Jan 28. These are Non Instructional Days for the students. Also a reminder that most school events are posted on the calendar link that is on our webpage.

The Week Ahead- Jan 21-25

After another cold snap, we are hoping the weather allows for some outside time at recess and lunch this week. Please make sure your child has appropriate clothing so they can enjoy the warmer temperatures and the opportunity to frolic in the snow!!Spaghetti Bridge Building
Bert Ambrose School had 17 Grade 6 students participating the District Bridge Building Competition on Friday, January 18. All five teams completed their bridges in the required time. Three out of five bridges successfully supported a weight of 1kg for one minute.
Engineers of the Future!
When Mr. Eastwood, a long time teacher at Bert Ambrose, moved south, he passed along his collections of empty boxes and plastic caps to Mrs. Tacey. These supplies were used for a vehicle making project. Also needed were Q-tips and plastic straws from juice boxes (thanks to the lunch hour monitor ladies and to Mr.
