Please see the attached information on meetings regarding the change in catchment areas for the new Anne Roberts Young Elementary School.

There will be a meeting on November 7 at the Bert Ambrose Library at 7 pm.

Our last cross country run takes place today, Oct 2, at the Surerus fields.  The race will begin at about 3:00.  It looks like a nice day for the race!Thank you.

Just a reminder that it is Photo Day tomorrow, Oct 1.

Hello Bert Ambrose School Communtiy! We are getting closer to our
fundraising goal of $3000.  So far we
have raised over $1500. to support cancer research.  We are halfway there,

Just a reminder that we are having our Open House tonight, September 24, from 6 pm until 7 pm. This will be followed by a PAC meeting in the library at 7 pm. Also a reminder to please check the lost and found as we have a large number of items collected already.

We will be closed from July 1 until August 26.  The office will be open starting August 26 from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.
First day of school for students will be September 3 with dismissal at 10:45 am.

Kindergarten Phase In Schedule 2019
Wednesday, Sept. 4th and Thursday, Sept. 5th
Morning session – 9:30am-11:15am
Afternoon session – 12:30pm-2:15pm
 Each student will attend one morning session and one afternoon session on alternating days.  Parents will be contacted closer to September with the session times for their child.
 

Just a reminder that school will be dismissed at 11:45 on June 27. If your child will not be attending on June 27 please try to make arrangements to have someone pick up their report card.

Today the grade 6 students designed and built gravity cars out of found materials.  After the students tested their cars and tweaked their designs, we had a competition to see whose car was the fastest.
