Morning Assembly
Today we had an assembly to recognize the members of our Cross Country, Soccer and Volleyball teams. We also have a new challenge from our Classroom Champions mentor, Grace Dafoe. Students are asked to identify times when they have big emotions and find strategies to find their center.
Huskies Fill the Bus
Help our very own #27, Mr. Lee and the Huskies Fill the Bus. We are collecting at the school all week until Friday. Donation boxes will be outside Mr. Lee’s classroom.

This morning our Peer Reading Program completed the final session of the year. Older students have been reading with younger students in the morning following the bell to provide additional opportunities for the littles ot practice the skills they have been learning in class.
XploreFest
On Thursday, May 4th the Grade 4 and 5 students from Mrs. Lee and Mrs. Holloway’s classes went to the Pomeroy Sports Centre and participated in XploreFest. The afternoon was geared towards inspiring students about future career options.
