• Diorama Building with Mrs. Hofstrand’s Class

    Mrs. Hofstrand’s class has been learning about simple machines in science. This week they were able to demonstrate their learning by making dioramas of common simple machines we use in our everyday lives.

  • 100’s Day

    On Friday, the primary classes celebrated 100’s day!  They moved between 5 classrooms in multi-aged groups.  Students used 100 pieces of Lego to build a creation, made (and nibbled) Fruit Loop necklaces, cut and coloured “100” eyeglasses,

  • Morning Assembly

    At this morning’s assembly we recognized all of the grades 4, 5, and 6 volleyball players.

    This morning also kicked off our Spirit of Healthy Kids School Program.  Parents, please help your children complete the daily activity tracking sheet.

  • The Grade 6 class enjoyed a special gymnastics activity as a farewell gift from Mr. Flury today. We wish Mr. Flury all the best in the new year!

  • Rik Leaf Residency

    We had a wonderful week with Rik Leaf. Students really enjoyed the creativity and music.

  • Butterflies

    For this past month Mrs.Stewart’s Kindergarten class has been learning about the life cycle of a Painted Lady butterfly. They were able to observe each stage of the development – from a baby caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly.
