    With a focus on collaboration, connection, discovery and fun, Grades 1-6 students will embark on a 3-week science journey in February and March 2022!

  • Beginner Band Retreat Highlights

    On October 15, all SD60 Beginner Band students were mentored by all SD60 Senior Band students at the North Peace Cultural Center. Just under 200 students from 14 schools were in attendance, as well as parent volunteers and former SD60 Band graduate Jonathan Pike.

  • Fire Safety

    IMG_3891On Tuesday, October 5th, Mrs. Chantrill’s Grade 3 class and Mrs. Holloway’s Grade 3/4 class participated in an engaging Fire Safety Presentation from the FSJ Fire Department. A special thank you to Lt Alyn Stobbe and Captain Marco D’Agostino for joining us to teach our students about fire safety and fire prevention strategies.

  • Jerusalema Dance Challenge

    Thanks to the inspiration of Mrs. Lee and the help of Tanya Hart (video and editing), we have an amazing school-wide dance compilation. This project was so important as it brought us together again as a school community after a challenging year of Covid restrictions and cohorts.

  • Welcome to Kindergarten

    On June 15th, we held our Welcome to Kindergarten event for next year’s youngest learners. It was so exciting to meet our new students and their parents and we look forward to officially having them join our school community in September.

  • T-Shirts – Mrs. Barr and Mrs. London’s Classes

    Here are a few of the T-shirts designed and created by students from Mrs. London’s and Mrs. Barr’s classes. The designs, created on iPads, were cut out of vinyl using our new Cricut machine in the Maker Room.
